By accessing or using FractionalPitch.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Fractional Pitch is a marketplace connecting founders seeking fundraising assistance with experienced pitchmen who provide fractional pitch services. We facilitate introductions and engagement management.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Engagements

All engagements between founders and pitchmen are independent agreements. Fractional Pitch facilitates the connection but is not a party to any engagement contract, compensation agreement, or equity arrangement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fractional Pitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or any engagement facilitated through it.
